Each phase includes key deliverables, and we maintain consistent communication throughout the entire project to ensure transparency and eliminate confusion.

RAH81 ENG uses tools such as SmartSheet, action items lists, and project meetings to make sure milestones and expectations are being met.

Traceability starts from the beginning of a project, which is why we recommend each project have a numbering sequence based on a customer's preference. We then can use the numbering to develop lists for tracking drawings, equipment, motors, devices, shipping and more. The system makes it easier to find the specific documentation more efficiently. This method can be integrated with software like AutoDesk Docs (ACC), Procore, and others.
